Green Flag came to Nimbus looking to create a website that would collect stories from their customer service team. These stories would then, in turn, serve as inspiration and motivation to help their thousands of customers on a daily basis.
This project had a tight time-frame as the site had to roll out in conjunction with staff training exercises and meetings.
To achieve this we were able to customise WordPress – with its built in blogging (or story-telling) function. The website had to remain closed to the general public, so we devised a way of registering all customer services agents and allowing them to post and access stories – all without ever having to access the WordPress admin interface.
The design needed to be in tune with their corporate branding, and remain functional and user-friendly. We built a completely bespoke WordPress template to handle this.
We soon hope to take this project to the next phase where we will introduce sharing and voting to further engage visitors with the site.
